Emergencies
For maintenance or property management emergencies, page the on-call property manager. A property manager and maintenance staff person are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The following are appropriate reasons to call the emergency pager:
- Fire (call 911 first)
- Gas Leak (also call the Gas company)
- Persistent Gas Odor
- No Heat
- No Water
- No Hot Water
- No Electricity (except for general outage)
- Flooding/Frozen Pipes
- Toilet Overflowing
- Toilet Not Working
- Clogged Sink with Standing Water
- Sewer Back-Up
- Smoke Alarms
- Unsecured Unit (broken window, lock, door)
- Lock-Out
- Excessive Noise, Loud Parties
- Disruptive Guests
- Police At The Site
