Emergencies

For maintenance or property management emergencies, page the on-call property manager. A property manager and maintenance staff person are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The following are appropriate reasons to call the emergency pager:

  • Fire (call 911 first)
  • Gas Leak (also call the Gas company)
  • Persistent Gas Odor
  • No Heat
  • No Water
  • No Hot Water
  • No Electricity (except for general outage)
  • Flooding/Frozen Pipes
  • Toilet Overflowing
  • Toilet Not Working
  • Clogged Sink with Standing Water
  • Sewer Back-Up
  • Smoke Alarms
  • Unsecured Unit (broken window, lock, door)
  • Lock-Out
  • Excessive Noise, Loud Parties
  • Disruptive Guests
  • Police At The Site
