Rent

Rent is due the first day of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be added if rent is not received by the 5th of the month, and an additional $5.00 late fee will be added if rent is not received by the 10th of the month. Individualized payment plans may be arranged through property management.

Rent can be mailed to, or dropped off at, the office. There is an after hours rent drop box located outside the office door.
