Avalon’s commitment to affordable rents and enhanced management create an ongoing financial challenge - tenant rents do not cover the full cost of operating our housing. We rely on community support to help us fill this gap, so that we can continue to provide quality low-income housing with support services to the members of our community who need it most.
There are many ways that you can help:
- Monetary Donation - check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), or online through Network For Good
- Corporate Sponsorships - call for available opportunities
- Stock Donation
- Planned Gifts, such as bequests and estate planning
- In-Kind Gifts (please call ahead - storage is limited!) Here’s our Wish List to give you some ideas, too!
- Socially Responsible Investing - Check out the article in our Summer 2007 newsletter and give us a call to learn more. It’s another great way to invest in your community.
Avalon Housing is a private non-profit, 501 (C) 3 charitable organization. All donations are tax-deductible under applicable IRS laws.
